Story Vessel

Story Vessel:   My story for my vessel is all the places where I've lived. It is a circle pot-like vessel with a lid. On the outside of my vessel it has 3-D slab objects of different things that are memorable from those places. On the lid it says the places (Honolulu, Hawaii, Havelock, North Carolina, Oceanside, California, & Albany, Georgia). I used the pinch method to get the shape of the vessel and used the slab method to do the 3-D objects.

Sgraffito Pinch Pot

Sgraffito Pinch Pot: My Sgraffito Pinch Pot is about my passion which is dancing. The pot is dark purple and on it it has the different types of dance including; hip hop, jazz, ballet, lyrical, etc. The pot can be used to hold you necklaces, earrings, and even food.

Tile Box

Tile Box: My tile box is similar to my Bob's Burgers Box. I rolled a tile on it to give it texture and design. It has a lid that can come on and off. It can be used to hide things or keep things together, Such as, your phone, candy/food, etc. I painted the tile box a purple glaze.

Ketchup Bottle

Ketchup Bottle: My ketchup bottle is apart of my Bob's Burgers theme. My ketchup bottle is designed to look like an old-fashioned ketchup bottle. The one that you squeeze out with the pointy end. The designs that is has are that I cut out letters that spell "ketchup" and slipped and scored them to the bottle. I also painted on designs to give it more details and color.
